Euston: creating a new piece of city

The arrival of HS2 in Euston provides a unique opportunity to transform the wider Euston station site and unlock thousands of new jobs and homes in the area. Camden Council, Euston Master Development Partner Lendlease and other stakeholders are working together to develop a masterplan for the 54-hectare site that involves the redesign of the station and surrounding neighbourhoods.

London Wall Place has one of the largest set of public gardens developed in the City of London since the post-war Barbican estate. The extensive public realm includes a series of public gardens and elevated pedestrian walkways to link the neighbouring Barbican with the City of London. The project also features nearly 800sqm of living walls set within a complex of landscaped gardens, elevated walkways and water features, incorporating the historical features of London Wall Place.
